Drug interaction
Reduced hypotensive effect in combination w/ prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors. Reduced uptake of metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) radioisotopes. Enhanced effect of digoxin in reducing ventricular rate. May result to bradycardia & HTN in combination w/ adrenaline. Enhanced hypotensive effect of halothane. Increased incident of tremor w/ concomitant use of TCAs. Increased bioavailabiltiy in combination w/ cimetidine.
