Zyceva 100 (Erlotinib Film-Coated Tablets 100 mg) contains erlotinib hydrochloride 100 mg per tablet.
Indications:
- Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): Treatment of locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR activating mutations.
- Pancreatic Cancer: Treatment of locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic pancreatic cancer in combination with gemcitabine.
- Maintenance Therapy: Maintenance treatment in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR activating mutations who have not progressed after first-line chemotherapy.
- Dosage for NSCLC: The recommended dose is 150 mg once daily, taken at least one hour before or two hours after the ingestion of food.
- Dosage for Pancreatic Cancer: The recommended dose is 100 mg once daily, taken at least one hour before or two hours after the ingestion of food, in combination with gemcitabine.
- Administration: Take the tablet orally, with or without food, at the same time each day.
