Pazorene 400 mg Film-Coated Tablets contain Pazopanib Hydrochloride 400 mg as the active ingredient. Each tablet is designed for oral use only.
Indications:
- Advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC): Pazorene is used to treat kidney cancer that has spread to other organs.
- Advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS): Pazorene is used to treat certain types of cancer affecting supportive tissues in the body, such as muscles, blood vessels, and fat tissue.
- Dosage: The recommended dose is 800 mg orally once daily. For patients with moderate hepatic impairment, the dose should be reduced to 200 mg per day.
- Administration: Take the tablet orally with water, swallowing it whole. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
- Timing: Take Pazorene on an empty stomach, either one hour before or two hours after food.
- Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, liver disease, blood pressure issues, or any other health conditions. Avoid taking Pazorene with certain medications that may interact with it.
- Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat.
